Todos Juntos - Molalla, OR

Todos Juntos is a trusted nonprofit that has served children, youth, and families in Clackamas
County since 2000. Guided by the mission of creating connections that empower, educate, and
inspire, Todos Juntos delivers culturally responsive, trauma-informed services that help families
overcome barriers and support healthy development from birth through adolescence. Each
year, more than 2,000 children and families across Canby, Estacada, Molalla, and Sandy benefit
from no-cost, school-embedded, and community-based programs that promote early learning,
academic success, social-emotional growth, and family stability.

Todos Juntos needed support for the continued growth of the Molalla Early Childhood Office; a
vital community hub launched in 2024 with initial funding from JTMF. In its first year, the
program successfully engaged hundreds of children and caregivers through inclusive
playgroups, early literacy and STEM activities, parenting education, cultural celebrations, and
wraparound family resource navigation. These services are especially critical in rural Molalla,
where families face limited access to early childhood supports, transportation challenges, and
fewer culturally responsive resources.

Through the Molalla Early Childhood Office, Todos Juntos provides Me & My Playgroups for
children ages 0–5, including specialized sessions for children with sensory, developmental, and
neurodivergent needs. Parents participate alongside their children, strengthening early
relationships while building skills that support brain development, literacy, and school
readiness. The program also offers parenting workshops focused on positive discipline, stress
relief, and early learning strategies, as well as a one-on-one Family Resource Navigation that
connects families to food, housing, health, and educational resources.

JTMF Foundation’s continued investment, which will span a two-year period, will strengthen
early literacy and developmental outcomes, increase parent confidence and resilience, improve
access to critical resources, and build long-term community cohesion—ensuring that Molalla’s
youngest children and their families have the support they need to thrive, together.
